This is a signaling proposal to give consent to move the LP tokens generated from Hub Proposal 800 1 from the Atom Accelerator DAO (AADAO) multisig to a Valence Covenant that is directly controlled by the Cosmos Hub. This proposal does not add any new liquidity to this position.
