Our original calculation for the City Forest credit offset used 20% of 430,425 REGEN to determine the required amount of REGEN. However, this was a mistake, as we should have used 20% of 6,147 credits, which equals 1,230 credits. As a result, we were only able to purchase 7% (430 credits) of the required 20%. This leaves us with a shortfall of 800 credits for the portion of offsets using City Forest credits.

To rectify this mistake, we need to request an additional 160,000 REGEN to be released to the multi-sig owner's account (regen1su3tu4zs3e0hyxudk7swz59ne2qtzd60k7lhd0) to complete the purchase of 20% of the Regen Network carbon offset, as approved by proposal 21 (https://www.mintscan.io/regen/proposals/21).

To ensure the purchase of City Forest credits is executed without delay, we propose allocating the missing 160,000 REGEN to the multi-sig address. So far, we have offset 7% of Regen Network's carbon emissions using the original 86,000 REGEN.
