This proposal would add SOL.int3 as a constituent of Alloyed SOL with an initial static limit of 10%.
Alloyed SOL
Alloyed SOL is the canonical SOL on Osmosis, following the approval criteria in Proposal 826.
Alloyed SOL currently has around $3.5m in liquidity and consists of SOL.wh alone.
This proposal requests the addition of SOL.int3 to the existing SOL Alloy, enabling SOL to be deposited via the Int3face bridge.
This proposal adds an initial static rate limit of 10% to bound risk to Alloyed SOL for a new variant, resulting in ~$350k exposure. This may be further expanded by governance as adoption grows and transfers occur without incident.

Int3face uses a novel implementation of leaderless Threshold Signature Schemes (TSS), offering a secure and decentralized bridging mechanism between DOGE and Osmosis.
Int3face is expanding this offering to become a bridge operator for Bitcoin, Ripple, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Telegram Open Network, and Solana.

This differs from previous additions since SOL.wh has an exponent of 8 and needed to be scaled upwards to reach the standard exponent.
