If successful, this parameter-change governance proposal will increase the BlocksPerYear parameter from 3,155,760 to 5,256,000. The previous value was based on 10s block time and the purpose of this proposal is to adjust it to 6s block time, to match the network's average block time. The same proposal has already been succesfully tested on our testnet: https://testnet-explorer.cheqd.io/proposals/11.
