Our last inflation update was submitted over 6 months ago on August 1st, 2024. Given the macro headwinds and the extreme volatility that has taken hold of markets in 2025, The Akash Core Team thinks it is an appropriate and prudent measure to reduce AKT token emissions further with the following inflation reductions:

• Inflation Max: from 13% to 8%
• Inflation Min: from 8% to 4%

As usual, we will continue to closely monitor market conditions and community feedback going forward.
