This proposal is for upgrading the Akash Network to version v0.38.0 at a height 20608553.
Upgrade anticipated to be executed on Wednesday, March 12th, UTC 16:03. Note that block times have high variance, so keep monitoring the time.
In the event of an issue at upgrade time, we should coordinate via the validators channel on the Akash Discord server to come to a quick emergency consensus and mitigate any further issues.

We recommend validators utilize 96GB of RAM. This upgrade brings state change and might take a few minutes to complete.
If you are unable to have 96GB of RAM, at a minimum have a total of 96GB of swap set to prevent out of memory errors.
Validators and RPCs supervised by cosmovisor with DAEMON_ALLOW_DOWNLOAD_BINARIES=true will pick up upgrade binaries from upgrade info.
Please note upgrade info will be available 24-72h prior upgrade height.
