Akash Mainnet 10 Upgrade

This proposal is for upgrading the Akash Network to version v0.32.0 at a height 15414427. Upgrade anticipated to be executed on Wednesday, March 13th, UTC 17:00. Note that block times have high variance, so keep monitoring the time. In the event of an issue at upgrade time, we should coordinate via the validators channel in Discord to come to a quick emergency consensus and mitigate any further issues.

Upgrade details

By voting YES on this proposal, you approve the following changes:

• remove checking if provider has active leases during provider update transactions. This check was iterating thru all existing leases on the network causing gas and thus transaction fees go to up to 3AKT which is way above desired values. Initial intention of the check was to prevent provider changing attributes that is in use by active leases. Akash Network team will reintroduce check by adding secondary indexes in future network upgrades.
• remove secondary index for market store which was never user.
• changes above are updating consensus version of market store from 4 to 5

Getting Prepared for the Upgrade

Upgrade instructions are available in the upgrade docs. We recommend validators utilize 64GB of RAM. Since there is no state migration in this upgrade, it is possible to get away with less, but still not recommended. If you are unable to have 64GB of RAM, at a minimum have a total of 64GB of swap set to prevent out of memory errors. Validators and RPCs supervised by cosmovisor with DAEMON_ALLOW_DOWNLOAD_BINARIES=true will pick up upgrade binaries from upgrade info.
