This proposal would reduce the governance voting period from two (2) weeks to one (1). We believe a two week voting period is not needed for a mature network with adoption, and a growing and capable team.

This allows Akash Network to pass proposals efficiently and effectively, and we believe a one (1) week voting period is reasonable for the community.
