This proposal is for the authorization of the Turbo DIVETH Cellar. The strategy for the cellar is provided by Seven Seas Capital.

The goals of the strategy are to provide efficient liquidity for the DIVA ecosystem and provide an onboarding channel for the Rocketpool community. More information about the strategy, including strategy description can be found in the original forum post:

If approved, the chain will accept signed function calls submitted to the cellar contract from the strategy provider.

Platform fee: 0.25%(0.22% for strategy provider + 0.03% for protocol)

Performance fee: 20% (17% for strategy provider + 3% for protocol)

NOTE: Until the cellar starts taking active positions, there will be 0 fees.
