Previous incentives (Proposal 78) for bCRE/GRAV LP at Crescent DEX expired earlier in March. According to Commonwealth and discord discussions GB community agreed to renew those incentives for bCRE/GRAV pool.

This proposal would allocate 18,000,000 Gravitons (18M GRAV) from the community pool to provide external incentives to the bCRE/GRAV LP on Crescent DEX. It will be paid out to liquidity providers over 180 days (100k GRAV per day).

. As this proposal is renewal of previous incentives, this time it won't be a multisig transaction. Address was provided and confirmed by Crescent' team member.
