Description

Kujira has recently integrated Gravity bridge, and is now key infrastructure for our network. We are using the Gravity bridge to bridge over PaxG (paxos gold) from Ethereum to Kujira and also to bridge KUJI and USK to Ethereum. We encourage the Gravity community to consider using BOW to incentivize liquidity for GRAV on Kujira's market maker framework for FIN, an on-chain orderbook DEX. Kujira is nearing $9M of TVL. We aim to improve liquidity for popular cosmos and ethereum tokens in the Cosmos ecosystem. As an added bonus, Kujira will match incentives offered by Gravity. We suggest starting with $15k USD worth of GRAV incentives to be matched by $15k USD worth of KUJI incentives to be distributed over a 12 month period.

Where does this fund goes

Cros-Nest, a validator for both Gravity and Kujira, has agreed to temporarily custody funds and deposit them into BOW for incentives.

• BOW is a framework that ensures optimal trading conditions for pairs on FIN by offering yield to liquidity providers who add to the depth of a given trading pair. This narrows the price spread and ensures deep order books for traders, leading to higher volume and stability.
• BOW also enables protocols to further incentivize pool depth by allocating token rewards to liquidity providers.
• BOW is a self-sufficient and 100% on-chain market maker that uses an internal algorithm to automatically place orders on FIN pairs based on its own internal token balances. By holding LP tokens, you can earn a share of the fees from transactions using that pair, and further increase your earnings by staking the LP tokens. There are several benefits to incentivizing BOW for your community:
